Our Approach

Careful work, plainly explained

Immigration decisions turn on detail. We spend the time on evidence and drafting that a rushed application never gets — and we explain every step in language you can actually use.

We assess before we accept

If the prospects are poor, you will hear it at the first meeting, not after paying.

Fixed fees, written down

You get the scope and the price in writing. No surprise invoices mid-case.

Confidentiality as standard

Your history and documents are handled on a strict need-to-know basis.

Genuine documents only

We will not submit anything we cannot verify. It protects you far more than it protects us.

Working With Us

Five stages, no surprises

1

Confidential consultation

Tell us the full picture, including anything you think may be a problem. Nothing you say leaves the file.

2

Written assessment & fee

You receive a plain-English view of your options, the realistic prospects, and a fixed fee before any work starts.

3

Evidence & drafting

We build the evidence bundle and draft the legal representations that accompany your application.

4

Submission & monitoring

We submit, book biometrics where needed, and monitor the case — chasing the Home Office where appropriate.

5

Outcome & next steps

Approved, we brief you on conditions and renewal dates. Refused, we review the notice and advise on remedies.

FAQ

Before you get in touch

What happens at the first consultation?
You explain your situation, we ask the questions that actually decide the case, and you leave with a realistic view of your options. If we cannot help, we say so at that meeting.
How much will my case cost?
You receive a written scope and a fixed fee before any chargeable work begins. If the case later changes shape, we agree any variation with you in writing first.
My application was refused. Is it over?
Not necessarily. Refusals often turn on missing evidence or a misread rule rather than the merits. Bring the refusal notice and we will tell you whether it is worth challenging.
Do I have to come to your London office?
No. Many clients work with us entirely remotely by WhatsApp, email and video call, sending documents electronically. In-person appointments are available if you prefer.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. Your file is handled on a strict need-to-know basis and is never discussed with family, employers or third parties without your written instruction.
Can you guarantee my visa will be granted?
No adviser honestly can. Decisions rest with the Home Office. What we control is the quality, accuracy and completeness of what is put in front of the decision maker.
Do you help with document attestation and translation?
Yes. We coordinate certified copies, translations and legalisation, and refer you to a notary where a notarial act is required.

This page is general information about our services. It is not legal advice for your circumstances and no adviser-client relationship is created until we have agreed a scope of work with you in writing.
